Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for orders within Australia over $299!
Unfortunately we do not offer free shipping for international orders.
Can I return an item if I’m not satisfied?
All sales are final, and we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged, please email us for a full refund or replacement.
How do I order a custom ceramic item?
I’m open to commissions! Please email me with more information about what you’d like, and I’ll provide a quote for your custom piece.
What should I expect from the workshops?
My workshops are beginner-friendly and all materials are provided. Just show up and create! You’ll leave with your own handmade ceramic piece and a great experience.

Shipping and Return Policies
How are your items shipped?
All items are carefully packaged with plenty of bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery. We offer standard and expedited shipping options, and you can track your order with the tracking number provided after shipping.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please email us with a photo of the damage, and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement as soon as possible.
